Vision EVM Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Vision EVM handles information when you use the Vision EVM mobile application and related support pages. Vision EVM is an analytical calculator for traders. It is not an exchange, broker, wallet, custodian, payment service, investment adviser or trading venue.

By using Vision EVM, you acknowledge that the application is provided for informational, educational and analytical purposes only. The application does not create a financial account, does not connect to a crypto wallet, does not process deposits or withdrawals, and does not place or execute orders.

Summary: Vision EVM does not require registration and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, wallet address, private key, seed phrase, exchange login, payment card or government identification. Calculator history and presets are stored locally on your device.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information handled through the Vision EVM application and the public support or privacy pages that link to this policy. It describes what information may be processed, why it may be processed, how it is stored, and what choices you have.

This policy does not apply to third-party websites, exchanges, market data providers, operating systems, app stores, analytics platforms or external services that are not controlled by Vision EVM. Those services may have their own privacy policies and terms.

2. What Vision EVM Is

Vision EVM provides calculators for liquidation price, profit and loss, risk/reward, and funding fee estimates. The application uses values that you enter manually, such as entry price, exit price, leverage, position size, margin, stop loss, take profit, funding rate and hours held.

The application does not verify whether you actually hold any position. It does not connect to exchanges or wallets. It does not know your balances, open orders, trading history, personal portfolio or identity.

3. Information You Enter Into Calculators

You may enter trading scenario values into the calculators. These values are used to calculate results on your device and to display those results in the application interface.

These values are analytical inputs. They are not order instructions, trade instructions or wallet instructions.

4. Local History and Presets

Vision EVM may allow you to save calculator history and favorite presets. This information is stored locally on your device using device storage. It is used to make the app easier to use, for example by showing recent calculations or reusable scenarios.

Local history and presets may include calculator type, a short input summary, a result summary, a timestamp, favorite status and preset values. This data remains on your device unless you delete it, uninstall the app, reset your device, or your operating system removes the data according to its own storage behavior.

Vision EVM does not operate a user account system for this data and does not upload your local calculator history or presets to a Vision EVM server.

5. Information We Do Not Collect

Vision EVM is designed to avoid collecting sensitive financial or crypto custody data. The application does not request, collect or store:

6. Market Price Data

The app may request public BTC market price data from a no-key public endpoint in order to display a live price header. This request is used only to show market context inside the application.

Market data requests may involve ordinary technical information, such as your IP address, device network request time, user agent or similar connection data, being visible to the third-party market data provider or network infrastructure. Vision EVM does not use this feature to identify you or build a trading profile.

If market data is unavailable, the application may display cached or fallback information so that calculators remain usable.

7. Support Communications

If you contact support by email or another method listed on the support page, you may voluntarily provide information such as your email address, device model, iOS version, screenshots, calculator inputs, bug descriptions or feature requests.

Support information is used to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, improve the application and maintain records of support communications. You should not send private keys, seed phrases, exchange passwords, wallet credentials, financial account credentials or other sensitive secrets in support messages.

8. Cookies and Website Data

The public privacy and support pages are intended to be simple informational pages. They do not require login and do not need cookies to provide their basic content.

If these pages are later hosted through a provider, that provider may process standard server logs or technical information such as IP address, browser type, page requested, referring URL, date and time of request, and basic security logs. This information is generally used for hosting, security, diagnostics and abuse prevention.

10. No Trading, Wallet or Custody Use

Vision EVM does not use your information to open, close, execute or recommend trades. The Long and Short options in the app are calculation modes only. They do not represent an instruction to buy, sell, borrow, lend, leverage, stake, swap or transfer any digital asset.

Vision EVM does not custody crypto assets and cannot access, move, recover or freeze digital assets. If you need assistance with an exchange account or wallet, contact the exchange or wallet provider directly.

11. Sharing and Disclosure

Vision EVM does not sell your personal information. Because the application does not require registration and stores calculator history locally, there is generally no account profile to sell or share.

12. Data Retention

Calculator history and presets stored in the app remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, uninstall the app or the operating system removes them. Vision EVM does not control device backups, iCloud behavior or operating system storage policies.

Support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain business records, improve the app, resolve disputes, comply with law or protect against abuse.

Technical logs from hosting providers, if any, are generally retained according to the provider's own operational and security policies.

13. Security

Vision EVM uses a privacy-minimizing design by avoiding accounts, wallets, exchange integrations and custody functions. Local data remains on your device. You are responsible for securing your device with appropriate passcodes, biometric locks, operating system updates and backup settings.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we aim to limit the amount of data handled by the app and avoid collecting highly sensitive crypto custody information.

Vision EVM is not directed to children. The app is intended for users who understand trading scenarios and financial risk. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support communications, contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Vision EVM may be available in multiple regions. If you access the app or support pages from outside the country where hosting or support services are operated, technical information or support communications may be processed in other jurisdictions. Privacy laws may differ by region.

Where privacy laws require a legal basis for processing, information may be processed because it is necessary to provide the requested app functionality, because you consented by submitting support information, because processing is necessary for legitimate interests such as security and support, or because processing is required to comply with legal obligations.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection regarding personal information. Because Vision EVM does not require accounts and stores calculator history locally, many requests can be handled directly on your device by clearing local data or uninstalling the app.

If you contacted support and want to request deletion or review of information you provided in a support message, contact support using the same email address or enough information for us to identify the communication.

The app or support pages may refer to third-party services such as public market data providers, app stores, device operating systems or email providers. Vision EVM is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Review their privacy policies before using their services.

20. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we may update the effective date, publish a revised policy, or provide additional notice where required. Continued use of the app after an update means the revised policy applies from the stated effective date.
